CLIMATE

    Korea has a typical mild climate with the different seasons of the year well differenciate. The year's middle temperature is between 8-12º Celsius.

    The middle year's raining is of 1.120 milimeters, this means a little more of the world's middle raining  (800 milimiters). Summer is the season when rains the most, and this situation helps the cultivation of the rice and another plants.

    The sunstroke total in the year is between 2.280 and 2.680 hours, quiet superior than most of the other regions in the same lattitude. The long insolation of the autumn helps the cereals to mature.

    In winter the weather is clear, dry and cold under the influence of the monsoons from the North and Norht-West. In opposite, in summer the wet monsoons from the South and South-East bring a lot of rains. In the three months of the summer rains the 50 to 60% of the the year's rainning, so the air is very humid.

    In spring and autumn the flowing of the air has not a fixed direction because the alternation of the influence from the continent and the sea, so during these seasons there's a warm and clear weather with less rainings.

    GROUNDS

    There's 10 different kind of grounds in Korea. the ground of the mountain's plains around the mountains Bektu, Namfote, Kuanmo, Chail, Ziri, Janra, etc. where grow up strong plants with high resistance against the wind and the drought.

    In a lower altitude, you can find a ground with deep forests where the air is very humid and the temperature quiet cold.

    In the tablelands Kema and Bekmu and in the North-West of the Zagang's mountains range, grow both the needle-leafs and normal-leafs trees.

    The most extended in Korea is the chestnut ground where the forest grows easily.

    It's possible to find also red and yellow ground in the Zezu island and others in the South Korea Sea.

    There's also very extended the rice ground, that is the natural ground transformed by the continue irrigation and cultivation of rice.
